How is the paid consultation different from the free one?
The free one is a short chat: what’s needed to travel and how much it costs for us to prepare the documents. The paid one is a separate consultation with a vet about your situation and documents, for those not ordering the paperwork yet.
Do I need a paid consultation if you’re preparing my documents?
No. The document check and preparation plan are included in the price. The free consultation is enough — we’ll give you the price and timeline there.
Do I need to prepare documents for the consultation?
Ideally, yes. Send photos of what you already have on WhatsApp or Telegram: pet passport, certificates, vaccination records. That way our answer will be more precise.
