Trip, Step 1 of 3

Pet

What the document package includes

We do all of this ourselves, in one place — no trips between clinics and no extra charges. The exact set depends on the country you’re travelling to.

  1. Pet identification

Usually a microchip that can be read by scanners in the destination country.

  2. Pet passport

The document that records the chip number, vaccinations and parasite treatments.

  3. Vaccinations

Core vaccinations, given according to your pet’s age and vaccination schedule.

  4. Rabies vaccination

Required for most destinations; the date and the order of procedures matter.

  5. Required tests

For some countries, a rabies antibody titre test.

  6. Veterinary certificate

We issue it shortly before departure.

Requirements depend on the destination country, the type of animal and the travel date. Please check transport conditions with your airline or transport company.

Five steps from enquiry to departure

You always know which stage you’re at and what happens next.

  1. Enquiry

You tell us where and when you’re going and what your pet already has.

  2. Document check

If you have documents, we check them from photos.

  3. In-house procedures

We microchip and vaccinate your pet ourselves, and take blood for the test if one is needed.

  4. Paperwork

We issue the pet passport and certificate and check all dates and details.

  5. Handover

We hand over the ready package and stay in touch until you leave.

Why you can rest easy with us

Procedures, tests and paperwork all happen with us, in one place. Before handing over the documents, we cross-check the chip number, vaccination dates and the details in every document.

  • A plan made for you

We take into account the destination country, your pet’s species and age, and the travel date.

  • We run the whole process

We keep track of deadlines and records ourselves — you don’t need to work out the details or keep dates in your head.

  • Travel at short notice

We carry out the procedures and prepare the documents so that you have the ready package as soon as possible and your trip isn’t delayed.

  • Everything in one place

We do the procedures, tests and documents ourselves — no running between clinics, and it’s all already included in the price.

Hello! Sonya and I made it just fine: Dnipro–Chełm by train, Warsaw–Chicago by plane. Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️ for all the documents – no questions or problems at customs. The kitty is fine, she has settled in and handled the flight well. Could you please send me the link where I can write a review❤️

Hello, thank you so much for your help and advice with taking my dog abroad (Poland). I contacted Andrey last year, but it didn't work out due to personal circumstances. A year later, I turned to Andrey again and got all the necessary documents done without any unnecessary questions – quickly, properly, with no red tape. Thank you again for your help! P.S. Today the dog is enjoying quiet evenings without the Kharkiv shelling he had grown used to.

Answers to common questions

Didn’t find your answer? Message us — we’ll answer your questions about the documents.

All questions and answers
Where do I start when preparing to travel with my pet?
With a short message: tell us where and when you’re going, what pet you have and which documents you already hold. From there, we do everything — from the procedures to the ready document package — so that you can travel at short notice.
How long before the trip should I start the paperwork?
It depends on the destination and on what your pet already has. If no rabies antibody titre test is needed, a few weeks is usually enough: for the EU and Great Britain, for example, at least 21 days must pass between the primary rabies vaccination and entry. If the destination requires a titre test, preparation takes 3–4 months or more, so it’s best to get in touch early. We’ll give you exact dates as soon as we know the destination and what your pet already has.
Will there be any extra charges?
No. Procedures, tests and paperwork are all included in the price we quote before we start.
Will I have to go round clinics and offices myself?
No. Procedures, tests, paperwork and document checks — it all happens with us, in one place. All you need to do is bring your pet in for procedures at the agreed time, and we’ll hand over the finished documents in person or however suits you.
What if my trip is coming up very soon?
Send us your travel date and photos of the documents your pet already has. We’ll quickly see what needs doing and plan the preparation so that you can travel at short notice.
Does my pet have to be microchipped before travelling?
In many countries, yes: the microchip is the main way of identifying the animal. The order often matters too: as a rule, the chip must be implanted before the rabies vaccination or on the same day. If the vaccination was given before microchipping, it will have to be repeated for a number of destinations.
Is a rabies antibody titre test always required?
No. Some countries require it, others don’t; we’ll tell you straight away whether you need one. Where the test is needed, we take the blood sample ourselves and send it to an accredited laboratory.
Are the rules different for cats and dogs?
The basic requirements — microchip, rabies vaccination, veterinary certificate — are the same for cats and dogs in many countries. However, some destinations have extra conditions for dogs: for example, treatment against certain parasites before entry, or restrictions on importing particular breeds.
