Can the 3-month wait after the titer test be shortened?
No. For the EU at least 3 months must pass between the blood sample and the issue of the EU health certificate.
Do I need a new titer test for every trip?
No, as long as rabies boosters are given on time without a gap. If a booster is missed, the vaccination counts as primary again and the test is usually repeated.
Do the 3 months count from the result or from the blood sample?
From the date the blood was taken, not the date of the result.
