Frequently asked questions

Are veterinary procedures and tests included in the price?
Yes: microchipping, vaccinations, tests and paperwork are all included. We do everything ourselves, in one place — you don’t need to go from clinic to clinic and pay each one separately.
Why does the price depend on my situation?
If you already have some documents, we only do what’s missing — and that costs less. If you have nothing, we prepare everything from scratch. We quote the exact amount as soon as we know where you’re going and what your pet already has.
Can the price change during the work?
No. The price for the paperwork that we quote before we start is final. If you chose a paid consultation with a vet, that is charged separately.
