How to check your pet’s documents before a flight
A typo in the chip number or dates in the wrong order — and questions may come up at the border. Here’s how to go through the documents yourself and what to check first.
Send us photos or scans of what you already have via messenger, and we’ll check every document: dates, microchip number and whether the details match. We do everything that’s missing ourselves, fix anything that’s wrong, then hand over the ready package. Procedures, tests and paperwork are all included in the price.
We take into account everything that’s already done and valid, and add only what’s missing for your destination.
We cross-check the microchip number, vaccination dates, passport entries and the order of procedures. If something’s wrong, we’ll tell you straight and fix it.
It doesn’t matter where they were issued: we check them from photos and complete the package in-house.
We quickly review the documents you send and tell you what needs to be done so that you can leave on time.
Requirements depend on the destination country, the type of animal and the travel date. Please check transport conditions with your airline or transport company.
Tell us your destination country, your travel date and which documents you already have.
Send us photos via messenger of the passport pages showing the microchip and vaccination details, plus any certificates and test results you have. Clear phone photos are enough.
We cross-check the details between documents and check the dates, the order of procedures and validity periods. Then we tell you what’s already fine, what’s missing and what needs fixing.
We carry out the necessary procedures — for example, a rabies booster or a titre test — and issue any missing documents. You bring your pet to us for the procedures; we handle everything else without you.
After the final cross-check, you receive the complete package and can travel with peace of mind.
This list is indicative. The final set depends on the destination country, the type of animal and the travel date.
That’s enough for us to give you a price and draw up a plan straight away. If something’s missing, don’t worry — we’ll find out the rest ourselves.
The amount of work depends on how much has already been done. Sometimes all it takes is issuing the veterinary certificate before departure; sometimes the rabies vaccination needs to be repeated or a titre test done. Either way, we do everything so that you can leave at short notice.
| Checking the documents you send | As soon as you send the photos |
|---|---|
| Completion without new vaccinations or tests | The quickest option — we issue what’s missing straight away |
| If a rabies booster is needed | Given here in a single visit |
| If a titre test is needed | We take the blood sample and send it to the laboratory for you |
Timelines depend on your pet’s age and which documents you already have.
Leave your details — a specialist will get in touch, give you the price and timeline, and then take care of the documents for you.

Once the main procedures are done, plenty of small things remain. Here’s what’s worth double-checking before you leave so there are no surprises on the way.
